These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website operated by TeloYouth ("we," "us," or "our"), including the 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge, the challenge entry form, and our independent sales rep recruitment pages. By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms.

Important: The 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge is governed by its own Official Rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Our recruitment pages are paid advertising for an independent sales rep opportunity that uses a network marketing / direct-sales business model, not editorial content.

1. Nature of this site

This site promotes TeloYouth products and a photo challenge, and separately describes an independent sales rep opportunity with TeloYouth. Reading these pages does not create any agreement between you and TeloYouth. Becoming a TeloYouth independent rep requires a separate written agreement and the receipt of a formal income disclosure statement.

2. No guaranteed income

Income figures shown on our recruitment pages represent earnings at specified rank tiers. They are not guarantees or projections. Most participants in network marketing programs earn substantially less than the figures shown, and many earn nothing. Your results depend on your effort, skill, network, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

2a. Challenge entries

If you enter the 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge, you agree that the photographs you submit are of you, are unedited, and that you have the right to submit them. Prizes are awarded as TeloYouth product credit, have no cash value, and are subject to the Official Rules. Results shown by entrants are personal anecdotes, not medical evidence, and individual results vary.

3. No medical or health claims

The TeloYouth product is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any descriptions of the product on this page are for informational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use this page for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the operation of this page; or (d) misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this page — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by TeloYouth or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
