TeloYouth 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge · Last updated September 2026
This is a skill-based contest, not a sweepstakes or lottery. Winners are selected by judges on the merit of their submission. No element of chance determines who wins.
1. Sponsor
TeloYouth, 6820 Orangethorpe Ave, STE G, Buena Park, CA 90620, USA ("Sponsor").
2. Entry period
The Challenge runs from 12:00 AM PT on September 7, 2026 through 11:59 PM PT on October 7, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are between 18 and 60 years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- One entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. How to enter
To enter, submit the entry form at apply.telohealing.com/apply with all of the following:
- A "before" photograph taken at the start of your 30-day period.
- An "after" photograph taken at the end of your 30-day period.
- Your full name and age.
- An email address or telephone number where we can reach you.
- Your agreement to the photo release described in Section 8.
Photographs must be of the entrant, must be unedited, and must not be filtered, retouched, or digitally altered in any way. Entries containing altered images will be disqualified.
5. Judging
All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel selected by Sponsor after the Entry Period closes. Entries are scored on the following criteria:

| Consistency and completeness of the daily routine as described by the entrant | 25% |
| Photo quality and comparability (matching angle and lighting) | 15% |
In the event of a tie, the entry scoring highest on visible improvement will prevail. Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Challenge.
6. Prizes

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $6,500. All prizes are awarded as TeloYouth product credit. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of a prize. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be contacted directly using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry, within approximately fourteen (14) days after the close of the Entry Period. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Photo release and publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, display, and distribute the photographs you submit, together with your first name, age, and any comments you provide, in TeloYouth marketing materials, on TeloYouth websites, and on TeloYouth social media channels.
You represent that the photographs are of you, that you took them or have the right to submit them, and that no other person's permission is required. Sponsor is not obligated to use your photographs. You may withdraw your entry and request deletion of your photographs at any time before winners are announced by contacting Sponsor at the phone number below.
9. No health claims
Participation in the Challenge is not a clinical study, and results submitted by entrants are personal anecdotes, not medical evidence. TeloYouth products are dietary supplements and cosmetics. Statements regarding them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement, particularly if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
10. Privacy
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your photographs are stored securely and are not published publicly except as described in Section 8.
11. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits altered or fraudulent photographs, submits photographs of a person other than themselves, or violates these Official Rules.
12. Limitation of liability
By entering, you release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Challenge or the acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.
13. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
14. Modification
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge if it cannot be conducted as planned, including because of tampering, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
