This Privacy Policy describes how TeloYouth ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information across this website — including the 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge, the challenge entry form, and our recruitment pages — and when you contact us by phone or text in response to them.

1. Information we collect

When you visit this site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps)
Anonymous analytics and ad-performance data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking

If you enter the 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge, we collect the information you submit through the entry form:

Your photographs ("before" and "after" images you upload)
Your full name and age
Your email address and/or telephone number
Any optional comments you choose to share
The IP address the entry was submitted from, for fraud prevention

If you call or text the phone number listed on this site, we may collect any information you voluntarily provide, including your name and contact details.

2. How we use information

To administer the 30-Day Face Rejuvenation Challenge, judge entries, and contact winners
To use challenge photographs in TeloYouth marketing, where you have granted permission through the photo release
To respond to your inquiry about our products or the independent sales rep program
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising
To comply with legal obligations

2a. How we handle challenge photographs

We take entrant photographs seriously. Specifically:

Uploaded photographs are stored on private, access-controlled storage. They are not published at a public web address and cannot be browsed or guessed by visitors.
Access is limited to TeloYouth staff administering the Challenge.
We do not use facial recognition, faceprints, or any other biometric identification technology on your photographs, and we do not sell them.
Photographs are used publicly only as described in the photo release in our Official Rules — that is, in TeloYouth marketing, alongside your first name.
You may withdraw your entry and request deletion of your photographs at any time by calling (714) 732-8477.
Entries that are not selected as winners are retained for up to twelve (12) months after the Challenge ends, then deleted.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who help us operate this page or run our advertising (such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, and ad networks); and (b) authorities or other parties when required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

This page may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

5. Your choices and rights
